Shipping

DealYard normally ships items within 1-2 business days from the day that payment is received. A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer as soon as the item is shipped. The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. In most cases packages will be delivered within 3-7 days of shipment.

DealYard presently offers standard and expedited shipping when you add your items to the shopping cart.

All orders must be shipped to the same billing and shipping address.

Returns Policy

Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 30 days of receipt of product.

All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.

All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by DealYard and the item must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number there is no way for us to verify it was shipped if we do not receive it.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days).

Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price of the item.
